About the role

As a Digital Legal Support Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in helping clients through their personal injury claims journey. From managing case files and preparing legal documents to liaising with clients and supporting fee earners, you'll help keep our Legal Customer Service Team running smoothly while building valuable legal and digital skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and third parties, providing proactive communication to manage claims and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.

• You will become a superuser in Visual files case management system where you will update and maintain client claim records ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Liaise with counsel and other legal representatives through Visual files to keep caseloads fully up to date and accessible to fee earners.

• Carry out accurate data entry tasks, using tools such as Microsoft Excel to capture, analyse, and maintain information that supports decision making across the business.

• Manage and schedule client and internal meetings using digital tools and platforms to ensure seamless coordination.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prepare and report data insights, providing valuable information to various departments to improve efficiency and client service.

• Manage the secure transfer and storage of digital files across shared drives, supporting seamless collaboration between teams and departments.

• Assist with the preparation of company wide communications and digital presentations.

• Use Microsoft Teams daily to communicate with colleagues, share information, and attend meetings, developing strong digital collaboration skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Working hours: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
