Graduate Teaching Pathway
Successful candidates will work within their subject specialism, supporting teaching and learning across the school whilst developing the skills, knowledge and confidence required for a future teaching career.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting students in lessons and intervention groups

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Graduate Teaching Pathway, applicants must:

* Hold a degree from a recognised UK university

* Be a graduate of Oxford, Cambridge or a Russell Group university

* Have a strong academic background throughout their education

* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Demonstrate a genuine interest in education and teaching

* Be committed to safeguarding and supporting young people

* Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom

* Be enthusiastic, professional and eager to learn

* Demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude

Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
