Year 4 Teacher - Richmond
A well-regarded primary school in Richmond is looking to appoint a skilled Year 4 Teacher for a full-time role starting January 2026. This Year 4 Teacher will deliver lessons that build secure knowledge, promote curiosity and stretch all learners. The school in Richmond prides itself on excellent behaviour, strong parental engagement and a vibrant curriculum.
The successful Year 4 Teacher will join a supportive KS2 team with access to high-quality teaching resources. The school provides regular CPD, mentoring and collaborative planning sessions. An induction process will begin ahead of January 2026, ensuring a smooth transition for the Year 4 Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging Year 4 lessons across the full primary curriculum.
- Plan, assess and adapt teaching to ensure strong progress for all pupils.
- Lead small-group learning and support differentiated provision.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues, parents and school leaders.
- Contribute to the school’s wider enrichment and community activities.
Person specification
- Qualified teacher with experience in KS2.
- Strong curriculum knowledge and well-developed classroom practice.
- Good communication, organisation and reflective skills.
- Excited to work in a thriving school community in Richmond.
- Ready to start in January 2026.
