Full-time | Permanent (Flexible shifts: 8:00–16:00 / 9:00–17:00)

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join a busy domiciliary care service in Slough, currently delivering around 800 care hours per week .

This is a great opportunity for an experienced coordinator or senior carer looking to step into an office-based role within a fast-paced and growing service .

The Role

As Care Coordinator, you will:

• Manage and coordinate care schedules and rotas across approximately 800 hours per week
• Ensure efficient allocation of care staff to meet service user needs
• Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
• Liaise with care staff, service users, and families
• Assist with care planning and updates
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
• Support with onboarding and communication with new staff
• Respond to day-to-day operational challenges and changes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a care coordination or senior care role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing rotas and schedules
• Good understanding of domiciliary care services and CQC standards
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
