SEN Teaching Assistant

You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of educational settings, including Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Specialist SEN/SEMH provisions , supporting pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs. The Role: * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
* Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
* Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
* Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
* Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals where appropriate. What We're Looking For: * Availability to work part-time or full-time .
* Flexibility to work on a supply basis or commit to long-term/full-time placements .
* Previous experience working within education, care, support work, or a similar role is essential .
* Relevant qualifications in Education, Childcare, Health & Social Care, SEND, or related fields are desirable.
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children and young people.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
