Lead social first strategy and execution for ambitious brands

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will help shape strategy, own campaign execution, and drive performance across a portfolio of clients which include category-leading names like Wrangler Jeans, New Era and NUXE. You’ll collaborate with the wider s360 Group to bring big ideas to life while focusing on delivering tangible results.

To give you an idea of how you’ll spend your time, the role spans four key pillars:

• Shape Paid Social Strategy: Lead Paid Social for 5-6 clients by developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans that align with commercial goals and identify opportunities to drive channel impact.

• Manage Campaigns: Drive daily performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap by maintaining rigorous setup standards, accurate spend pacing, and continuous testing to optimize results based on real-time data and platform innovation.

• Report Actionable Insights: Analyse performance data and platform insights to report back to the client, working closely with Account Managers to translate data into effective solutions and clear narratives.

• Upskill Platform Expertise: Maintain expert-level platform knowledge through continuous upskilling and the s360 induction program.

A specialist mindset for eCommerce growth

We are looking for someone who is action oriented, driven by performance and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are motivated by the challenge of growing eCommerce brands and possess the strategic mindset to understand how different channels work together to create measurable results.

While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we imagine you bring the following to the team.

• Platform Expertise: 2-4 years of experience navigating platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.

• Operational Precision: A commitment to driving best in class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.

• Technical Mindset: A proactive mindset and a passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.

• Strategic Growth: A track record of driving Paid Social performance, by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.
