Media Planning Assistant

In this role, you will be part of the retail media team focused on connecting brands with a large base of shoppers. This fast-paced role will see you manage a portfolio of clients and FMCG brands. You will be accountable for the media bookings and activating them in-store and online. You will be key in developing strategic media plans, delivering against KPIs, and contributing to wider commercial targets.

As a Media Planning Assistant:

■ Develop proposals and strategies based on supplier budgets and objectives, creating cohesive media plans that deliver against agreed KPIs.

■ Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to activate FMCG branded activity across a range of channels, including onsite media, within agreed timelines and creative guidelines.

■ Support in driving commercials across the categories under your remit, contributing to wider business targets and managing forecasts and reporting.

■ Build positive client relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders, adapting your approach to different audiences and positioning yourself as a trusted partner.

■ Support wider organisational projects and the senior leadership team as required.
