EVENTS AND SALES COORDINATOR
LUXURY EVENTS: JOIN A GROWING LUXURY BRAND
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing luxury brand based in the heart of Knightsbridge.
You’ll be right at the centre of the action, helping turn ideas into events, from corporate gatherings and private celebrations to high-profile events.
We’re looking for someone bright, ambitious and full of energy who wants to learn, get stuck in and make things happen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to event enquiries and securing bookings
- Building strong relationships with clients, prospective clients and suppliers
- Showing clients around the venue and help them picture their event coming to life
- Helping with marketing, content, research and and identifying new business opportunities. Get involved wherever needed; no two days will be the same
About you:
- Highly organised, you can juggle different tasks and keep things moving
- A great communicator, confident speaking to clients and colleagues and building strong relationships with your team
- Bright and switched on, you think quickly and aren’t afraid to get stuck in
- Confident and professional with excellent written and spoken skills
- A hard worker with a positive can-do approach at all times
