Description
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor expenditure against set budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Oversee payroll and manage pension contributions.
- Provide financial insights to support decision–making processes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- International Finance Experience.
- Experience in financial management within the not–for–profit sector is desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Experience of previous line management is desired.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non–financial stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate dependent on the level of experience.
- 8% pension contribution.
