Need IT misc. tasks including setup and troubleshooting
Hi there, I’m looking for someone to help with a small set of IT tasks at my home. I need assistance with basic computer setup, software updates, and some light troubleshooting for a Windows PC and a MacBook. Tasks may include configuring Wi‑Fi printer, optimizing startup programs, removing stubborn pop-ups, and ensuring backup software is running correctly. I’d prefer a patient, communicative technician who can explain steps clearly and avoid making changes I don’t understand. Basic familiarity with common home networks and antivirus setup is a plus. Availability for a 3–4 hour session would be great, and I’m flexible on timing this week.
