O ur client, a respected organisation in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our client's team within their Client Services Legal function. This permanent position offers the opportunity to support legal and real estate-related services, focusing on high-quality administration, communication, and data integrity while contributing to the smooth running of client operations .
Key Skills and Experience
A dministration - Providing organised , accurate support across day-to-day tasks, documentation, and client files .
Communications - Clear written and verbal communication, liaising professionally with clients and colleagues.
Data Inputting - Precise and timely data entry, maintaining accurate records and systems.
Due Diligence - Assisting with checks and reviews to support compliance and risk management.
J ersey Knowledge - Awareness of the Jersey environment and local regulatory context is beneficial. We can only accept applications from candidates who hold either entitled or entitled to work residential status at this time .
KYC - Supporting Know Your Customer processes, gathering and verifying client information.
Legal - Interest or exposure to legal work, supporting client services in a legal setting.
Payments - Assisting with preparation and processing of client-related payments accurately.
Real Estate - Supporting administration linked to real estate matters and transactions.
