Working Pattern: 20 hours, 52 weeks. Monday – Fridays, hours to be confirmed

Woodlands Primary Academy are seeking a proactive and dependable individual who takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors. You will be someone who enjoys a varied role, is happy to get stuck in, and takes satisfaction from seeing a job through to completion. Whether you're responding to a maintenance issue, helping to prepare spaces for school activities, supporting colleagues with day-to-day site requests, or ensuring the grounds remain clean and presentable, you'll understand the important role you play in the smooth running of the academy. We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who remains calm under pressure and is always willing to lend a hand. Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to providing an environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive, taking pride in being part of a school community that values teamwork, reliability, and high standards.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 4 or equivalent
Experience working in a maintenance environment
Practical understanding and knowledge of health and safety and security procedures and practices
Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to the unexpected
