Senior Facilities Manager, Guernsey or Jersey

Our client is growing , privately owned, financial services provider head-quartered in Guernsey but operational in multiple jurisdictions . On their behalf we are looking to recruit a senior facilities manager for all of their globa l  jurisdictions . This  rol e  can b e based in either Guernsey or Jersey .  

Applicants should have significant experience in facilities management, work place strategy or have worked in corporate real estate. Preference will be for someone who has wo rked in multiple jurisdictional companies  

Working closely with the group COO and senior leaders in various jurisdictions , the role requires someone adept at dealing with senior leaders  int ernally and with external stakeholders  

This will appeal to project/change managers with a de sire to join an ambitious growing global company. A need to travel will be required from time to time.  

A recognised qualification sch as Prince2 for proj ect management and health and safety such as IOSH , NEBOSH, BIFM is desirable but not a prerequisite
