Senior Clinical Fellow in Hip Surgery

Senior Clinical Fellow - Young Adult Hip Service
The Trauma and Orthopaedic service at University College Hospital is led by 16 Consultants who specialise in a range of elective and trauma work. We are seeking a Senior Clinical fellow to join the young adult hip service, specialising in hip preservation and replacement surgery. The Fellow will also be working alongside a team of musculoskeletal radiologists, anaesthetists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and hand therapists.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled orthopaedic surgeon with keen interest and experience in hip surgery - specifically wanting to be trained in hip replacement, arthroscopy and periacetabular osteotomy.

The candidate must be post MRCS, have at least 36 months Orthopaedic experience and have obtained full registration with the General Medical Council of the United Kingdom.

We are seeking candidates for a start date of October 2027, and the post is for 12 months.
