Lung Cancer Patient Navigator | Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lung Cancer Patient Navigator.
If successful you will work directly and indirectly with patients and their carers, and be responsible for capturing information about patients, ensuring up-to-date relevant information is recorded on the patient record and Trust systems. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of patient complete pathways. As a key requirement of this role, the post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills, together with a high attention to detail and levels of accuracy.
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is now one of the largest in the country, with a workforce of approximately 15,000 who serve a population of 1.2 million people.
