Senior Cost Manager – Central PMO
London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office) | £80,000–£100,000 + Excellent Package
Providing governance and assurance across cost reporting and forecasting.
Reviewing project performance, forecasts and earned value data.
Producing high-quality reports and management information.
Working closely with Planning, Risk and Change teams to deliver integrated project controls.
Identifying trends, challenging performance and driving continuous improvement.
Supporting the development of digital reporting tools and mentoring junior team members.
About You You'll have experience as a Senior Cost Manager, Cost Lead or Project Controls Manager on major infrastructure or capital projects, with strong knowledge of: Cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
Project controls and programme governance.
Stakeholder management and presenting to senior leadership.
Earned Value Management and NEC contracts (desirable).
Power BI or similar reporting tools (advantageous). A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with experience in sectors such as infrastructure, nuclear, rail, energy or defence. Package
£80,000–£90,000 (DOE)
