We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in our nursery provision and play a key role in helping them thrive during their earliest years of education. As a valued member of our community primary school, you will work closely with teachers and families to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every child can reach their full potential. The successful candidate will: Support teaching and learning within the nursery setting.
Work with individuals and small groups to promote learning and development.
Help plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
Contribute to observations, assessments, and record-keeping in line with EYFS requirements.
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification .
Has experience working within an EYFS or nursery environment.
Demonstrates a sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
Is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting young children.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is committed to maintaining high expectations for all pupils.
