- Act as a key representative and ambassador for Peabody, promoting economic inclusion initiatives and influencing stakeholders across sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including Development, Regeneration, Procurement, and Commercial) to maximise social value opportunities and economic outcomes.
- Procure, manage, and evaluate external delivery partners, ensuring high-quality services and measurable outcomes.
- Produce performance reports, impact assessments, case studies, and briefings for senior leadership and partners.
- Lead on marketing, communications, and events to raise the profile of economic inclusion activity and share best practice.
- Support and contribute to working groups, partnership forums, and local networks to drive coordinated delivery.
- Identify and support funding opportunities and bids to enhance resources and programme delivery.
- Continuously improve data collection, reporting, and insight to strengthen programme effectiveness and decision-making.

You will also have:
- Experience in economic development, employment and skills, or delivering economic inclusion programmes, with knowledge of placed based partners, local authorities and employers across North Counties delivering economic support.
- Experience of working with disadvantaged and culturally diverse communities.
- Ability to monitor performance, manage budgets, and report on key outcomes and impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including producing reports, case studies, and presentations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What you’ll get in return
