Location: Milton Keynes, MK9
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £17.70 per hour (Umbrella) or £13.41 per hour (PAYE)
Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities across the site.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Carry out regular site inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-presented working environment.
Support health & safety, compliance, and building procedures.
Assist with reports, projects, and general facilities administration.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPIs and service standards. What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, or similar role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Full UK driving licence. If youre an organised individual with facilities experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you.
