Production Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join a new series for Channel 5, working closely with the Production Manager to support the production from pre-production through to international filming and post production paperwork. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator with international travel experience who is confident working in a busy production environment and managing the logistical demands of overseas filming. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Production Manager with the day to day running of the production.
• Coordinating international travel and associated logistics.
• Booking flights, accommodation, transport and other travel arrangements.
• Assisting with production paperwork, schedules and logistics.
• Liaising with crew, suppliers, contributors and production partners.
• Helping to coordinate travel and filming requirements across multiple international locations.
• Supporting with production administration, budgets, invoices and purchase orders as required.
• Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Working closely with the wider production team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Being flexible and adaptable as production plans develop.
