As the Operations Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to maintain efficiency across all business functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations within the property sector.
- Manage and support the secretarial and business support teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Coordinate and implement processes to streamline operational workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business strategy.
- Identify and address areas for improvement within administrative procedures.
- Oversee resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.
- Coordinate facilities issues and ensure the office is maintained
