An exciting Operations Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing technology business is looking for an experienced operational professional to help build and scale the processes, systems and infrastructure that support a global remote workforce.

The Job
As the Operations Manager , your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Creating, documenting and improving business processes, policies and SOPs.
- Supporting HR administration, including offer letters and employee documentation.
- Owning day-to-day operational administration across the business.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and company events.
- Reviewing and managing contracts and operational documentation.
- Managing and improving internal systems, workflows and business tools.
- Supporting compliance activities, audits and governance processes.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and scalability.
- Driving operational excellence across a growing international organisation.
- Providing administrative support across people, operations and commercial functions.
- Identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency and process improvement.
You
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Business Operations, People Operations or similar role.
- Experience working within a scaling or high-growth business.
- Strong process improvement and procedure-writing experience.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within a technology, SaaS or digital business would be advantageous.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions.
