Accounting & Payroll Officer | Dutch & French Required – North Brussels
I’m looking for an Accounting & Payroll Officer to join a company based North of Brussels
I’m looking for someone who can:
Book and process purchase invoices
Prepare VAT returns and monthly income statements
Manage credit insurance administration
Prepare debtor management and payment orders in Isabel
Ensure correct time registration and payroll administration with the social secretariat
Follow up on personnel files
Act as the point of contact for temporary employment agencies
Support a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Combine accounting expertise with HR and payroll responsibilities
Work independently and take ownership of key processes
Experience with SAP or Isabel is a plus
