Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in our friendly and welcoming partner primary schools in Banbury .
Whether you’re experienced, new to education, or considering a career in teaching, this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Provide general classroom support alongside the class teacher
- Help children with learning, social development, and confidence building
- Work collaboratively with staff to create a positive, inclusive environment
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need formal teaching qualifications – just:
- A positive, patient and caring attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for supporting children’s development
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
Experience in education, childcare, youth work, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential.
