Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our award-winning branch in Blackburn
Details and package:

Recruitment experience is not necessary for this role, we are looking for the right personality to fit for the team.
At gap personnel, we invest in our teams to ensure they have the support they need to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Duties Include:
- Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate new business through sales- cold calling, visiting prospect clients
- Arranging and attending new client visits
- Manage and improve service levels for client accounts
- Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Skills
- Sales focused
- Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs
- Experience of managing clients or Account management
- Proven success in winning new business
- Derive and determination to succeed
- A strong work ethic
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Full UK driving licence + own transport.
