Need assistance with general IT tasks and troubleshooting
I’m looking for a versatile IT technician to help with a variety of tasks around my home office. The job includes basic computer setup, software updates, routine maintenance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and some light device configuration (printers, smart home hubs). I’d like someone who can explain steps clearly and work efficiently without lots of jargon. Preferences: punctual, tidy, and able to work during weekday mornings. Please note if you have experience with small network setups or troubleshooting common Windows/macOS issues. The work should be completed on-site at my home in a quiet workspace.
