The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic Corporate/Commercial team, working on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and corporate governance issues. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality domestic and cross-border work alongside experienced lawyers in a supportive environment.

- Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Solid experience in M&A and related transactions
- Client-focused with the ability to build strong working relationships
