School Business Manager - Birmingham - January 2026
A highly respected secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead their Finance, HR, Operations and Administration functions from January 2026 . This is a senior role requiring strong leadership and strategic oversight.
About the Role:
This full-time position includes managing the school’s financial planning, HR processes, site operations, health & safety compliance, procurement, contracts and leading the administrative team. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to ensure smooth and efficient school operations that support high academic standards.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience as a School Business Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Has strong finance, HR and operational management experience
• Can lead teams confidently and build efficient systems
• Demonstrates excellent communication and strategic thinking
• Is organised, reliable and solutions-focused
