We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Domiciliary Care Workers to support people in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and dignity, we would love to hear from you.

Areas We Cover

Opportunities are available through our branches in:

  • Aldershot
  • Alton
  • Camberley

You will work from the branch closest to you, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

Contracts & Hours

Guaranteed contracts available for:

  • 10 hours
  • 16 hours
  • 25 hours
  • 35 hours per week

Typical available hours:

  • Morning: 7am – 2pm
  • Evening: 4pm – 11pm

Applicants for guaranteed hours will need to commit to at least:

  • One evening per week
  • Some availability on alternate weekends

Essential Requirements

  • Full driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Domiciliary Care Worker you will support clients with day-to-day living while helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties may include:

  • Personal care support
  • Medication assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Shopping and errands
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Light household duties
  • Accompanying clients to appointments

You will work closely with our friendly office and care management teams, who are always on hand to support you.

No previous care experience is necessary — full paid mandatory training is provided.
