Senior Sales Engineer

We are partnered with a growing technology business in Buckinghamshire specialising in advanced networking and infrastructure solutions.

They are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their technical team, helping customers solve complex networking and security challenges through consultative sales support.

In this Senior Sales Engineer role based in Buckinghamshire, you will:

• Work alongside the sales team to design and present technical solutions for enterprise customers
• Lead customer workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders
• Scope solutions, support proposals, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to future service development

The ideal Senior Sales Engineer will have:

• A strong networking background, ideally gained in enterprise infrastructure, networking, or security environments
• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, consultancy, or senior network engineering role
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A consultative approach, with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solution

The role is hybrid, with regular travel to customer sites across the UK and time spent in the Buckinghamshire office.
