Our Client is looking for an English teacher to work within an Outstanding 11-16 mixed school in Birmingham. The successful English Teacher will be expected to teach at KS3 & KS4 on a full-time basis from September 2026. The department is well resourced and boasts and approachable and supportive head of department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful department. The school is happy to receive applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs in addition to overseas teachers with a formal teaching qualification.
School Information:
This oversubscribed 11-16 school that boasts an Outstanding report. The school currently has 1000 students on roll and continues to not only succeed but thrive. The school itself has excellent behaviour in addition to a long-standing history of academic excellence. 85% of students achieved a 4+ score. We have worked with the school for a number of years and placed a number of staff there, all of which have said it is an excellent place to work both in terms of students and staff members.
Experience and Qualifications
English teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4
A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
