Office Assistant

Job description

We require an Office Assistant on a part-time basis who preferably has worked within the Construction Sector or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase invoices/credit notes processing.
  • Maintain accurate purchased ledger records for the Finance Department.
  • General office duties for other departments.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • GCSE Math & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is preferred but training will be given.

You must be eligible to work in the UK. Competitive salary. Onsite parking. Paid holidays pro-rata part-time. Only those who have been short listed will be contacted.
