Job description
We require an Office Assistant on a part-time basis who preferably has worked within the Construction Sector or similar.
Responsibilities
- Purchase invoices/credit notes processing.
- Maintain accurate purchased ledger records for the Finance Department.
- General office duties for other departments.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in similar role.
- GCSE Math & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is preferred but training will be given.
