A multi-national financial services organisation is currently seeking a VAT Specialist for their growing in-house team. This is a group facing role and will offer wide exposure to various elements of international VAT, acting as key point of contact for various outsourced compliance elements and partnering with group on VAT queries. Previous in-house experience is not a pre-requisite.
Responsibilities:
- Review and submit VAT returns for both UK and overseas
- VAT control
- Answering group queries on VAT and VAT impact
- Key point of contact for multiple tax authorities
Requirements:
- Good experience of UK VAT, exposure to international VAT would be beneficial
- Oracle 12 experience is vital to be considered
- ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent would be beneficial
- Confidence is key, this is a group facing role that will require you to coordinate with multiple sections of the group
