Ti riferirai ai clienti, fornendo tutte le informazioni, gestendo i messaggi di prenotazione e inoltro. Sarai miscelando front desk, amministrazione e organizzazione.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and greet
- Gestire le attività di gestione degli uffici relative all'amministrazione, alle fatture, alle strutture e alle consegne postali
- Mantenere il database online e offline dei membri
- Controllare e mantenere lo spazio su base giornaliera e avere un occhio sulla soddisfazione (mobili / stampanti / comunità kitsch / scrivanie / consegne)
- Collabora con il Community Manager per concettualizzare, pianificare e gestire eventi della community per i colleghi
- Risolvi problemi ad-hoc per i membri della comunità
- Un interesse per coworking, startup, gestione di eventi, tecnologia o economia di condivisione
- Un atteggiamento professionale: sei serio sul tuo lavoro
- Affidabilità e coerenza: il tuo manager e i tuoi compagni di squadra possono dipendere da te
- Comunicazione dinamica e abilità interpersonali: sei sicuro e
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (il tedesco sarebbe un vantaggio!)
- Un approccio proattivo alla soluzione dei problemi: usi la tua iniziativa e sei affamato di intraprendere nuove attività
