Some of the people we support at this location have impaired vision and hearing, so using appropriate methods of communication is really important to ensure their needs are understood and met. There are also varying levels of mobility and so you must be able to support with any of the moving and handling requirements.
We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
