Als Teamleiter & Senior Consultant übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines aktuell f ünfköpfigen Consultant-Teams , das du aktiv weiterentwickelst und ausbaust. Du steuerst Ressourcen, unterstützt bei komplexen Kundenanforderungen und entwickelst unsere Beratungs- und Supportleistungen rund um ManageEngine weiter.

Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams in den Bereichen IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity & Access Management (IAM) und IT Operations Management (ITOM) einschließlich Mitarbeitergesprächen und gezielter Weiterentwicklung
- Verantwortung für Personalbedarfsplanung, Personalauswahl, Einstellung, Onboarding und Austritte
- Steuerung von Ressourcen und Kapazitäten einschließlich Priorisierung, Aufgabenverteilung und Auslastung
- Technische und organisatorische Unterstützung von Key Account Management und Partner Management sowie Einbindung der passenden Consultants
- Aufnahme und Bewertung technischer Anfragen von ManageEngine sowie Koordination der Bearbeitung im Team
- Repräsentation des ManageEngine-Portfolios bei Kunden, Partnern und Veranstaltungen sowie Mitgestaltung von Strategie und Marktauftritt
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige disziplinarische und fachliche Führungserfahrung in einem kundennahen technischen Team
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Presales, IT-Consulting, Professional Services oder technischen Support , idealerweise auf Systemhaus- oder Herstellerseite
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Windows-Systemen, Active Directory, Netzwerken und IT-Security
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Steuerung von Ressourcen und Prioritäten
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Vertrieb, Kunden, Partnern, Herstellern und technischen Spezialisten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands mit einem Reiseanteil von max. 15 % im Jahresdurchschnitt
