A warm and close-knit primary school in Manchester is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SENCO to lead its SEND provision from April. The Role
The school is looking for an organised and caring SENCO who can lead SEND provision while building strong relationships with staff, families, and external agencies.
Key responsibilities of the SENCO include:
Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
Overseeing and reviewing EHCPs and support plans
Coordinating interventions and monitoring pupil progress
Supporting teachers with inclusive classroom strategies and differentiation
Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals
Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and school policies
