Wayman Education is recruiting a dedicated PPA Teacher for a lively primary school in Birmingham. The successful PPA Teacher will be deployed across classes to deliver PPA lessons faithfully to class plans, lead enrichment sessions and run targeted catch-up groups where required. The PPA Teacher will be expected to start January 2026 and will support the school’s monitoring and assessment processes from January 2026, ensuring seamless learning experiences for all pupils.

The Role
The PPA Teacher will deliver planned lessons across the curriculum, maintain pupil progress records, and liaise with class teachers and phase leaders to ensure curriculum continuity. You will manage classes with professionalism, set high expectations and adapt resources to meet learners’ needs. This PPA Teacher post in Birmingham requires someone who is confident teaching across multiple year groups and who values collaborative planning.
