What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Assist with learning activities and interventions
* Promote independence and confidence
* Support emotional and social development
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
What we're looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
* Patient, compassionate and proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
