We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work across occupied social housing properties in North Birmingham . This is an ongoing contract offering consistent work and the opportunity to join a busy maintenance team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering work while providing a professional service to residents in occupied homes.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Patch plastering, skimming and rendering
- Carrying out general plastering repairs and making good
- Completing minor multi-trade works where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service on every job
What You’ll Need
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience with basic secondary trades is an advantage
- A reliable, professional approach with good customer service skills
