A well-established, family-run dealership in Epsom is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their team. The successful Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing service bookings, upselling additional services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Benefits of a Service Advisor:- Competitive basic salary of 30,000 to 32,500, dependent on experience
- Potential to earn up to 36,000 including bonuses
- Working hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota (8:30am to 1pm)

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment

- Full UK driving licence is desirable
- Knowledge of automotive systems and dealership software
- A proactive and motivated approach to customer service
