Working within a dedicated region, you will take ownership of approximately £3 million of annual retrofit works, supporting the commercial delivery of a diverse programme that includes:
- Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI)
- Window & Door Replacements
- Solar PV Installations
- Air Source Heat Pumps
- Associated Retrofit and Energy Efficiency Works
- Managing CVRs, cost reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
- Processing valuations, payments, and final accounts.
- Supporting client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring contractual compliance and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with operational teams to drive contract performance and profitability.
