An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation within a prestigious luxury hotel. As the head of department, you’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards across guest accommodation and public areas while leading, developing, and inspiring a large housekeeping team. This role would suit a highly organised leader who takes pride in delivering excellence and understands the importance of housekeeping in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Head Housekeeper or senior housekeeping leader within a luxury environment, strong people management and leadership skills, experience managing departmental budgets and staffing levels, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistently high standards across all areas.
Benefits
- £52,446 per annum plus £7,560 service charge, temporary live-in accommodation, working 48 hours per week across 5 days, company pension (3% EE/5% ER), private medical and dental cover, £300 annual uniform allowance, exceptional training and development with recognised training providers, friends and family rates across the group, 25% discount on all F&B, discounted spa treatments and products, meals on duty.
