Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and SEND professionals, you will help students engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting students in lessons across a range of curriculum subjects
* Delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and academic progress
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support for students requiring additional assistance
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and attendance
* Supporting students' social, emotional, and personal development
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment About You, To be successful in this role, you will : * Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have previous experience working within a secondary school or educational setting
* Have experience supporting students with SEND
* Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and development
* Have strong spoken English skills to effectively support students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
* Be confident working independently and as part of a wider support team
