Protocol Education is working closely with friendly, supportive primary schools to find a passionate and flexible Fully Qualified Teacher for Primary PPA cover on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, starting end of March. This is a brilliant opportunity for an early-career teacher to gain experience across different year groups, support children's learning, and make a real impact in the classroom. The Role You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, providing high-quality PPA cover with support from experienced colleagues and teaching assistants. You'll create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom where children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn, maintaining strong routines and fostering positive relationships. You'll assess progress, adapt learning to meet a variety of needs, including SEND, and work as part of a collaborative team that values wellbeing, reflection, and professional development.
