The Role:
As Head Vet, you’ll play a key part in guiding the clinical direction of the hospital and supporting a passionate, engaged team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and supporting continuous improvement
- Coaching and mentoring vets and nurses to develop their skills
- Delivering gold-standard, evidence-based veterinary care
- Working collaboratively as part of the management team
- Helping maintain a positive, progressive and supportive culture
Working pattern:
- 4-day working week
- 1:4 weekends
- No formal OOH, with occasional on-call support for inpatients

You’ll be:
- MRCVS-registered, with solid all-round small animal experience
- Confident in decision-making, clinical leadership and case management
