Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
Location – Northampton and surrounding region
Hours – 40 Hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a proactive Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of engineers, ensure safe and efficient service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
- Supervise and support the maintenance team in delivering high-quality services.
- Conduct site inspections, engineer audits, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure planned and reactive works are completed within agreed timescales.
- Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and complete required reporting.
- Manage subcontractors and support the development of team members.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised Engineering Qualification in electrical or mechanical building maintenance.
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
- Experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
- Experience working within a building services environment.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
