We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a rewarding role supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs.
The successful candidate will provide mentoring, implement behaviour strategies and support student engagement. You will work closely with staff and families to improve outcomes.
This role requires resilience, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success.

This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Tower Hamlets with a strong commitment to high standards and inclusion. The school serves a diverse community and has a strong pastoral focus.
Students are motivated and supported, creating a positive learning environment.
