* Offer mentorship, supervision, and professional guidance to less experienced social workers and family support staff. Person Specification: Qualifications: * Possess a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent.
* Show evidence of ongoing professional development in alignment with the Professional Capabilities Framework. Registration & Compliance: * Be registered with Social Work England.
* Maintain working knowledge of relevant legislation including the Children Act 1989 & 2004, Care Act 2014, SEND Code of Practice, and safeguarding frameworks.
