Position Overview: This remote role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, partners, and service providers. Representatives provide support through phone, email, and CRM platforms, while ensuring a positive customer experience across our global connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries through incoming calls, email, and CRM platforms. Resolve customer concerns related to connectivity service, billing, and account issues. Maintain accurate CRM documentation for all customer interactions. Escalate complex technical or account issues appropriately. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers. Promote a positive customer and partner experience across all touchpoints. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service, support, call center, technical support, or related experience preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Computer literacy and CRM proficiency. Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and multitasking skills. Remote Requirements: Desktop or laptop computer (PC or Mac); Chromebooks and tablets are not permitted. Processor: Intel i5 or newer (or AMD Ryzen 5+), minimum 2.0 GHz. High-speed internet access with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload. Quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for phone and video-based work.
